What do you get when you splurge on a prize for yourself? Oh ya I know behind on bills! Ok I went and broke down and bought a laptop for us to use which has come in real handy! I have uploaded videos on youtube,and the kids have done online learning sites that they enjoy but now I am late on my bills. So time to get caught up again. I am enjoying my day off, listening to the broadcast on crusaderadio telling the bill collectors I will pay them friday :) Hope you all are doing well. We have the woodstove burning. Studying about solar power systems we could use instead of paying the electric company, I am so sick of bills!!! Give me a place in the mountains and I'll be happy! Away from all this mess of bills and corruption!

Stilts History and Homeschooling

Ok, here is one homeschool project you don't see everyday! Walking on stilts (also known as tied-on long feet) an old custom in China. You may have seen them in a circus act if you have ever been to a circus. Not only did we get to learn about stilts the children actually made a set.
