Wild edible plants and weeds

I went out to eat this morning with my little girl. This home school lesson included how to identify edible plants and weeds. We had a great breakfast right in our own yard. We had Dandelions, lambs quarters, sweet violets, pineapple weed, red and white clovers and honeysuckles. Wow what a breakfast! Never felt so good and the price was just right. FREE. I am studying the wild edible plants for the whole family. We will be learning how to identify correctly the wild edible plants that are available to us for free. Full of vitamins and easy to pick. Learn your wild edible plants because the day is coming that you will have to survive off the land or you will not survive at all! Also learn to identify the poisonous plants so you wont mistakenly eat one!
