Have you ever gone treasure hunting? For those who have, didn't you have fun when you found the treasure? I have been what you could call "treasure hunting" today and finding money on the internet, yes real money. I even get emails that I get paid money to read, wouldn't you like to get paid to read your emails? Now if you have to pay for your treasure hunt then thats not treasure hunting at all. If ever you stop to consider the question, what in the world am I here for? Be assured you’re here for a reason. Everyone has a purpose in life. Male and Female created he them. One of the biggest problems that we face is the role that we play. Confusion sets in and all seems but a blur. Just what am I to do? It’s really simple. If you don’t loose sight of the prize. Play your part. Be in the right role. Stay in tune with what you know is right. Don’t give in, not even an inch.

God has a plan that is right for us. We have a free will to choose that lifestyle or create a different one. Which path we take reflects the rest of our life. Every choice you make will decide your future. In today’s society feminism has tried to ruin the American people. Men were designed by God to be the head of the house, while the women was to be his helpmeet. Women are to have their place in the home with their children taking care of their own family. Today women try to rule the roost, take my advice I have been there. It may seem like the easy way out but all in all it makes it harder on everyone, even the woman.
Women were designed to be the weaker vessel not to be a ruler of their husbands. When a woman gets out of her place, the whole family has to suffer. When she lets the husband make the decisions, all will go well for she has honored her husband in his headship.

What every woman should know is that life doesn’t have to be as stressful as we make it for ourselves. What situation do you find yourself in? As a woman I know that yes its nice to have your own money, and yes its cool to have the neatest latest things, but how do we really feel deep down inside? Do we put our husband at the top of all? What do our children feel. Do they have the mom that they can depend on? Or do they have a mom that is too busy to even pay attention to their needs. A Man’s role is to be the KING of HIS CASTLE, yes that’s right. A man needs to feel like a king in his home, and he needs a queen that is right there for him. Whenever he needs her. She will be there. Not a worldly woman that searches for riches among the wolves and thieves. The workforce is no place for the woman. How can she manage the home when she works outside of the home? She can’t. Being a SAHM (stay at home mom) is the female duty, the role, the answer to a confused household. The answer to making a marriage work in world that has been torn apart by divorce.
How will we Survive
The question arises quickly, yes that sounds great and all but how will we survive? In this day and age if we don’t have two incomes coming in how will be able to afford anything? The number one answer is this. KEEP IT SIMPLE. Put your priorities in order. God made male and female. The male is the provider, the female his helpmeet, the keeper at home. The female was designed to have children and take care of those children. Not send them off to some daycare, where they can not be sure what may be going on there. Nor off to some school where they could receive ungodly influence . Yes, the woman was created by God to be the keeper of the home.
When order is established in the home, then God can provide. And he will. When a family is doing the will of God he is with them. They will ask and they will receive because they have his word and his word is truth. Faith as a mustard seed is all it takes. Giving a total commitment to God and serving him means putting all else aside and listing to him will give you a peaceful heart.
COMING HOME
Let me encourage those of you who are trying to survive in this wicked world that there is hope. Women, we must put our husbands first, even though we feel we are right, and we must work to survive, that is all an illusion. A trap of the devil. We must come home to our husband and children and let God take control of our lives. We must put God’s Word first and our self last. We must come home! It will be then that we will feel satisfied. We will then have our role in place. We can work from the home, but we must not be under another man’s authority. When in the workforce we must bow to another and do as they say. When at home there is only one we must let lead us. And we will be on the path that was meant for us at last.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT PATH
Making the right choice will result in a happy family home. Peace, love and happiness within one’s home is worth it’s weight in Gold. We must strive for the prize and the higher calling which was given to us by the Most Holy One. Choose you this day who you will serve. Let us live by his Word.

Winter Wonderland

Homeschool lesson for the day

While studying some history this week we read about Louis Pasteur. If you have not done a unit study on him now is a good time. He was born in France and believed in himself as an inventor. He discovered the cure for a silkworm disease,for anthrax and rabies. He also invented a process to keep milk from spoiling which we know today as pasteurization. So you will never forget the last name of Louis when you think of pasteurization! Even though he believed in himself he still remained a quiet and humble man until his death in 1895.

Cold front has moved in

Well the global warming has went away and now it is 40 degrees. It has been a long hard working day for the most of us here. We got 2 huge loads of wood delivered today so the boys have been busy splitting wood. My 13 year old loves to cut wood so it was hard to get him to stop. My husband stayed home from work and did a glass job here to help pay for the wood. My son David got a new job and started this afternoon, we are so happy for him! He has been trying hard to get this job and his determination paid off. I got to work on tax papers today and ended up saving us around $18,000.00 dollars compared to what they thought we owed so I am glad I got that out of the way. Needless to say I did not have time to earn online today but I had to write in my blog so you all would know what was going on here. Wally's broadcast was great tonight you can listen to his preaching on crusade radio Monday through Friday at 8pm. We try to tune in every night and I am sure you would enjoy it too if you like some great KJV preaching! Well thats all for now, off to work I go again till bedtime.

Global Warming

Good morning everyone! Hope your having a great day. The weather outside feels like spring, I cannot believe how warm it is out there. It must be global warming. Usually it is freezing this time of the year but it is 53 degrees here and rising. If it keeps it up I am going to get spring fever and think it's time to plant the garden! Well I probably wont be online too much today because I am going to try to get these kids outside to enjoy the weather today. This will be a great yard cleaning day (much needed I may add). Take time to enjoy the weather outside today if you can. If nothing else open the window and get a breath of fresh air!

Honey

I was watching on tv the other day not to give over the counter cough meds to children, that if they are over the age of 1 you can give them a half a teaspoon of honey for the cough. I had always thought that you had to be over the age of 2 before you could eat honey. Well I had a scratchy throat this morning and decided to try the honey, it worked much better than cough medicine and completely soothed my throat. So you might want to try it if you need some cough medicine, I am glad I did. Note:( I am in no way a doctor so take at your own risk)

Do you believe in Satan Claus?

It's that time of the year again and most everyone you know is running themselves crazy and broke. Not only using all the money they have but charging items so they can pay for them for the next 10 years too! I used to take part in that lie Satan claus crap but thank God no more! Lets look at the what the Bible says:

2. Regarding Santa Claus
Its a big fat lie, why tell your children lies from their youth? Do you not want them to believe you when they get older about more important things? There is no real santa that can fly in the air with his reindeers and come down your chimney and bring you presents, its just not real. Why confuse your children from the beginning? Tell them the truth. There is no santa. It's more like satan with the letters mixed up to fool even the adults.

Trials and Overcoming them

Well the last few days have been quite stressfull not only at home but online too! Seems like it would be best to just have a meek and quiet spirit, one thing I Must work on. I just got zapped from a big google pr of 2 to a big fat 0. Very depressing, considering I was hoping to go higher to gain higher paying ads. So my choices are again on the low end when it comes to advertising on my blog at the moment even though my numbers are better on the Alexa scale. Just don't make any sense to me. I have more readers but google knows best WHAT??????? Anyway I am considering some other ideas of making money from home until my score increases. The gpt sites are always there to work on, so is my search assistant job and then there is ebay. I Can always make an extra dollar there, thing is I love to write and that is what I Want to get paid for. Ok, so maybe I wont give in, I will just keep pressing toward a better paying advertising opportunity, those little 5.00 jobs do add up eventually.

Where can you get hay these days?

After searching high and low I have come to the decision that finding hay this year is going to be a chore and a half! With the drought this year the availability of hay has took a sudden decrease. I thank God for uncles though because My Uncle Jim brought me some hay for my animals today and refused to let me pay him. This will get me through until I can get a few cities away to purchase what little bit they have left. My goats and horse was more than happy! So if your thinking about purchasing some animals that require hay you may want to check out the hay availability and price in your area. There may not be any at all! A new Day

Well my grandmother passed away. I wish I could of got to see her before she died. My mother made it safely there yesterday.
It is 34 degrees here today, still waiting on the snow. I cooked up a big thanksgiving meal yesterday and still have plenty of leftovers for the rest of the week. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! Till next time,

Life on the Farm

We went to the Red Barn Auction again and this time we bought 2 chickens,1 rooster and 2 goats, a nanny and a billy goat. They are so cute. Now we want to start a goat farm, hey now there's a way to make money from home! We have alot of research left on that project but we think the goats are Boer Goats. After researching them on the computer.

On another note my grandma on my mothers side is not doing well and I would like for you to keep her in your prayers. Also pray for my mother Charlotte as she has to travel via plane to see her. She leaves tomorrow.

It is starting to rain here and is going to get colder, maybe the rain will turn to snow, like 3ft would be great!

Winter

Well I saw the first snowflakes today as I looked out my window. Now the children are wanting enough snow to go sled riding! It sure is cold enough and the wind blowing makes it even colder. I have the wood stove going and thinking about starting the other back up wood stove for when it gets really cold. Hope you are enjoying your winter fresh air!

Blessings right and left

Praise the Lord for all the many blessings! Do you ever stop and just thank the Lord for all the many blessing? My husband Paul helped out with the Extreme Makeover edition being filmed in Louisville from 2:00am-till about 7:00am. It was an all volunteer project that helped out a family with a new home. Now this is how my day went from there. Today a neighbor blessed my 4 year old with a pair of shoes. He really liked them and they fit good. Next another distant neighbor blessed my 11 year old with a pair of camouflage coveralls. They fit him almost perfect! Then this evening the telephone rang and it was another neighbor around the corner wanting to give us a big Turkey! Give and it shall be given! Praise the Lord

My sister

Well we took a small trip to see my sister Angela yesterday and had a great time. She moved to a new house and it is beautiful! We had cheese ball,crackers,peppermint sticks,coffee and yahoo. We took pictures, but I am still not able to upload last time I tried. I don't know about where you live but the fall colors here are absolutely beautiful! I love this time of the year! Stilts History and Homeschooling

Ok, here is one homeschool project you don't see everyday! Walking on stilts (also known as tied-on long feet) an old custom in China. You may have seen them in a circus act if you have ever been to a circus. Not only did we get to learn about stilts the children actually made a set. I am having trouble with the uploading process but will upload a picture as soon as it is working correctly. Have a great day!

Another Day Older

Hello everyone, the yardsale is officially over and just in time for a big rain! We needed the rain, I still had alot of leftover items from my yardsale and while I was online I run across a real neat website, it is called freecyle.org. You can find one in your area or surrounding area and give stuff away and get stuff too. It helps keep the environment clean and also you get what you need and your junk just may be another person's treasure. I was able to find a good home for a whole lot of baby boy clothes I didnt need any more. Check it out, I responded yesterday to a post about free curriculum. I hope I get it! Has it really been 9 days since my last post?????????/

Oh have I been busy, I have been so busy I have not had time to blog, I am having a yard sale on top of everything else, making some spare change, getting rid of those unwanted items I no longer need. I am printing out homeschool worksheets right now and the baby is actually taking a morning nap, so I had a break to write and let everyone know I am still on the face of the earth. Please keep my son David in your prayers, he was cleaning out the shower and had an allergic reaction to the bleach, and had to make a trip to the emergency room. He is ok now, just keep him in your prayers! Well I guess I will go for now, I need to get the rest of the chores finished while I have a chance.

Dad is doing great!

Well all went well and dad is out of the hospital and feels like a new man! Praise God! Thank you all for your prayers!

Update on Dad

Well I talked to dad this morning and he was resting after a rough night, he had 80% blockage and they were able to go in and also found a 70% blockage. They put a stent in for he first one but didn't do anything about the second one. He run a fever of 102 through the night, but the fever left as of this morning, he was still on 02 which he said was helping. Later my sister called and said he was going to try to rest so no one should call while he was resting, I will update more when I find anything out. Please continue to keep him in your prayers, thanks

Busy as a BEE

I have been so busy it has been hard for me to find time to write. With housework,homeschool,ebay,ect I have been as busy as a Bee! My sister-n-law bought me a cookstove so now I have 4 burners to cook on, I am so excited!!!! I am still preparing for the BIG YARD SALE, and I have so much more to go. Sure miss my mom

I sure wish I could go see my mom she lives in Virginia, hopefully some day soon! I am planning on having a yard sale soon, maybe she could come and help out? Trying to generate some INCOME

Homeschool Adventures

School has started again. We started on Sunday August 12, 2007. Which brings me to another issue of how great it is to homeschool. How many other schools actually started on the real first day of the week? We started out with a trip to Cave River Valley, yes thats right a field trip on the first day! Hands on is the way to learn! We explored what is known as the Endless Cave. This cave has spectacular formations. Various features are formed when the dissolved calcite is redeposited. Sunday fun

Sunny In Southern Indiana

It's a beautiful day here in southern Indiana. The storms have finally passed. This month will be over before we know it. I have been trying to organize some things around the house here to make things alittle neater. Keeper at home

It's thursday and I have been busy cleaning and being a keeper at home. I still have along way to go! We got a new weather radio that just went off. Looks like there is a severe thunderstorm watch for our area so hopefully the clothes I just hung on the line will get dry before it hits. It is very hot today! Something got into our chicken house and got some of our chickens so we will have to set up a trap so we dont loose the rest of them. I canned pickles yesterday so today I have alot of housecleaning to catch up on.

Another day of blessings! My neighbor brought squash,cucumbers, and zucchini today. The weather has been great! I got some housecleaning done but there is still more to do! Green Beans

What a great day indeed! I picked green beans and got 5 quarts canned today. We were blessed this week with some green beans and cucumbers. Someone set them outside the house. Another individual gave us 2 big bags of noodles and spaghetti sauce. It was delicious! God can supply our needs. The weather here has been magnificent. Monday House Cleaning

After Bible reading monday is house cleaning day around here. We got alot done but still wonder how to get it all done. I read in a magazine article today that vinegar can help you loose weight. So I guess I will keep cucumbers in vinegar on my table and when I get hungry I will eat one. Nothing like them. I dont think I would want to drink plain vinegar! Lazy day

It's been kind of a lazy day today. I felt like I could have slept all day but too much to do. Thank God he gave me the energy to get some stuff done!

4th of July

It's the 4th of July and fireworks show was last night. We went to my dad's house and watched the Pekin fireworks. It's nice to be with family and friends. I have been working on some homeschool printouts today. It's amazing how many free homeschooling resources you can find online. I plan on studying this week about getting my blog out so it will be in the major search engines. I want everyone to be able to find it easy. I picked some squash today out of the garden. We needed more rain and we got more this afternoon. All seems to be quiet tonight so I may get to bed early tonight. Check back tomorrow to see whats happening in my little world.

Cool Night in Indiana

It's a nice cool night here in Indiana. The weather was just beautiful today. I got to work in my garden and I also got a bunch of new flowers I get to plant tomorrow. I worked alittle online today. Weekend at last

All is well that ends well. Good news, Paul got a job and I can stay at home, Praise the LORD! It has been a busy weekend already. We have lots of new baby chickens hatched this week. The kids are all in bed. It's finally quiet time here! I need to get some sleep so I can start a new day tomorrow.

Conflicts and confusion

Rain again, my garden is loving it! Business is slow, very slow, Paul is thinking about taking a job but thinks I should instead. I want to be at home with my children. I cant stand the thought of having to go get a job and leave them. One of those days I guess you could say. Things must get better. I did get paid from Deal Barbie Pays today which helps out some. I did some surveys on that site and got paid over 50.00. Not bad . Well I'm am tired and stressed tonight with alot on my mind. God help me is all I can say.

Garden Fresh

Night has come and its about bedtime. With each new day comes patience more abound. Give and it shall be given, isn't that the truth! One of the neighbors down the road came by with a big bag of fresh green beans he had got from his garden. God is so good all the time. Another friend of my husbands had a job that needed to be done and he works at a pizza place. We ended up getting 2 pizza's and a coke. That worked out great! I have not had time to make much money on the net today, been busy with family discussions and plans. It's raining tonight so my garden is growing by leaps and bounds, along with the weeds which I got some pulled out today. I picked fresh cucumbers and squash today. I love gardening, and eating the fresh fruit and vegetables. I cannot wait for the tomatoes to get ripe! But I guess I will have to. I just have to remember patience, patience, patience.

Storms on the Horizon

Well its been quite a day, there's a storm moving in. I love the smell of fresh rain in the air. The children are all in bed. It's time for me to earn alittle money for the night so I am doing my online earnings sites.
