Picnic

The kids and some of their friends having a picnic on this beautiful day in March. We finally got some warm weather. Now it is time for those mushrooms to start popping up!

Strange Things Happening

The other day it was between 20-33 degrees or so and on our way to another city we saw a bird coming down out of the sky toward the windshield of the car. We noticed this bird had something in it's mouth and it got right in front of our windshield when we saw the bird had a snake in it's mouth! I have never seen a snake in February but sure enough I have now. I thought that snakes hibernated in the winter in Indiana!

Global Warming

Good morning everyone! Hope your having a great day. The weather outside feels like spring, I cannot believe how warm it is out there. It must be global warming. Usually it is freezing this time of the year but it is 53 degrees here and rising. If it keeps it up I am going to get spring fever and think it's time to plant the garden! Well I probably wont be online too much today because I am going to try to get these kids outside to enjoy the weather today. This will be a great yard cleaning day (much needed I may add). Take time to enjoy the weather outside today if you can. If nothing else open the window and get a breath of fresh air!
