My Favorite bank closing National City

We have two branches of National City Bank in Town and today we get a letter in the mail saying my favorite one is closing. All our information will be transferred to the other bank on the square. How sad. This bank has been open for as long as I can remember. Hard times have it this little town and I am sure there is more to come. More people loosing their jobs that never thought they would. I wonder what is next. Get ready, this hardship could be coming to a town near you.

Times are Tough Local Hospital Files Bankruptcy

You know times are tough when you read the front page news stating that your local Hospital has filed for Bankruptcy. You keep hearing more and more about how bad things are and how most everyone is broke. People are loosing their jobs and it is not getting better. It was really sad to read that there will be no more babies delivered at the local hospital after having 6 there myself. It was a really nice birthing center and the only one in town. This little town is going broke along with the rest. Times are tough and I am sure that there will be more to write about soon. I will keep you updated.
