Homeschool lesson for the day

While studying some history this week we read about Louis Pasteur. If you have not done a unit study on him now is a good time. He was born in France and believed in himself as an inventor. He discovered the cure for a silkworm disease, for anthrax and rabies. He also invented a process to keep milk from spoiling which we know today as pasteurization. So you will never forget the last name of Louis when you think of pasteurization! Even though he believed in himself he still remained a quiet and humble man until his death in 1895.
